Hajia Mariam Iddrisu
Executive Director

Miss Mariam holds an MPhil in Community Health and Development and Bachelor of Management Studies. She served as the Mayor(MCE) of Sagnarigu Municipality in the Northern Region of Ghana for 5 years (2017 to 2021). Prior to which, Miss Mariam had worked with the Ghana Health Service for over 12 years, first as an Administrative Officer and later as a Public Health Officer.

Barira Iddrisu
Co-Founder

Barira Iddirisu is a Co-Founder of Girls to Women Foundation. She holds a Diploma in Midwifery as well as certificate in Community Health Nurse. She works with Ghana Health Service initially as a Community Health Nurse and now as a midwife.

Hajia Hafsatu Sey Sumani
Board Chair

Miss Hafsatu is the Head of Program, Policy and Campaigns for Norsaac and a co-founder of Norsaac. She holds a Master of Science in Local Economic Development as well as Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Development Studies. She has also been trained as a professional teacher and thought for five years with the Ghana Education Service.
Hafsatu has been involved in social work for the past 20 years.

Alhassan Sharif Adam
Programme Manager

Mr. Sharif holds an MPhil in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelors degree in Integrated Development Studies with specialization in Economics and Entrepreneurship. He worked with National Disaster Management Organization as a Senior Disaster Control Offficer for 8 years (2013 to 2020). He has led in many community intervention programs including Youth Advocacy for Development through Technical Education.

Barikisu Sadiq
Project Officer

Miss Barikisu holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science. She is also trained Fashion Designer. She worked with CAMFED on “my better world” program and was stationed at the Northern School of Business Senior High School based in Tamale.

Miss Iddrisu Hawawu
Finance Officer

Miss Iddrisu Hawawu, holds a Bachelor’s  Degree in Business Studies with Accounting specialization from University for Development Studies, an MBA in Finance from SDD-UBIDS.  She teaches Accounting at Anbariya Senior High School. Beyond this, she is also  an Entrepreneur by passion. She is committed to women and youth empower through skills and vocational training.

Mohammed Murtada Mardiyah
Administrative Officer

Miss Mohammed Mardiya is a graduate from Islamic University College Ghana (IUCG) holding Bachelor in Business Administration. She has gained computer skills at NIIT.

She aims to contribute to society and learn other new skills and to grow her expertise.
